Office in Tryggvagata 19 closed
The Icelandic Revenue and Customs office in Tryggvagata 19 has been closed due to a ban on public gatherings due to the COVID-19 virus.
However, all of the Revenue and Customs operations are in progress and customers are encouraged to use information on www.rsk.is for collection related issues and on www.tollur.is for customs related issues.
Customers are asked to contact the Revenue or Customs, either by email or by telephone. Customers are also advised that outstanding claims can be paid through online banking.

- Those who need to contact our Department of Legal Affairs for payment plans and collection actions are asked to contact us by phone: (+354) 442 1000 or through email@example.com
- Those who need to contact Customs are asked to contact us by phone: (+354) 5600 300 or via firstname.lastname@example.org
Submitting or picking up documents:
If customers need to submit documents (including customs declarations), they are asked to tag them and put them in envelopes and put them in the mailbox at the main entrance of the Customs building. The mailbox will be emptied every hour.
Those who need to pick up forms or documents are kindly requested to call the above mentioned phone number and a staff member will come and assist them.
All parties who bring goods or service to the building are asked to contact the janitor directly by phone: (*354) 822 9961.Back
